Hi

I am struggling with finding a financial proxy to use for the following outcome

independence - having more control and not answerable to anyone

the indicator we are using is the client gauging their confidence...so not much help there.

This outcome relates to someone who has been able to move into housing of their choice quickly through a private let (guaranteed rent deposit)rather than having to wait for council housing accommodation.
